Better Business Bureau, the BBB Torch logo and BBBOnLine are service marks owned by the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc., and are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The Council has authorized approved member BBBs to use the Better Business Bureau and the BBB Torch logo service marks. Businesses that are members of a BBB are authorized to use a BBB membership plaque and decal at their principal place of business and at trade shows.

The BBBOnLine logo and BBB CARE logo are trademarks owned by the CBBB. These marks may be used, with certain restrictions, by companies participating in Better Business Bureau programs under a license agreement. It is CBBB policy to take action against all unauthorized use of its marks.
